Provide funding and technical support to strengthen the infrastructure of the Federal Ministry of Health manufacturing laboratory at Yaba in Lagos, Nigeria. This upgrade to the manufacturing laboratory will allow the government to produce low-cost oral morphine that can be distributed to hospitals through the Federal Medical Stores. The funding will support the provision of electricity, pharmaceutical-grade water, production equipment, and supplies.
