NCI investigators and their international collaborators are linking data from the Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Finnish medical birth, hospital discharge, and cancer registries to assess the risk of cancer in offspring of pre-eclamptic/hypertensive pregnancies. A variety of other maternal, pregnancy, and perinatal factors are also being evaluated in relation to subsequent cancer risk in sons and daughters.
