There is currently virtually no access to pediatric cancer care in the Gaza Strip. Palestine Children's Relief Fund is in the process of building the first and only pediatric oncology department in Gaza. Infrastructure, capacity building, training, and supplying of equipment and medications are part of the project. This will be a public department to ensure that all children have access to care here, and with the goal of decreasing outside referrals and delays in treatment.
