1. develop a training program based on existing materials and using e-learning technology to improve the accessibility and efficency of training 2) test and evaluate the approach in Uganda, focusing on nurses, pharmacists, and clinical officers and 3) broadly dissiminate the policy, research, and program recommmendations and results to promote scale-up and greater impact.
