ICC pairs ASCO members with health care centers in low-to-middle-income countries with a shared aim to improve cancer care through clinical instruction. Together, the volunteers and the centers define needs and priorities, and volunteers deliver lectures, provide training, and participate in rounds. The program in Vietnam is focused on multidisciplinary cancer management, pathology, palliative care and chemotherapy safety procedures.
